Building B Auditorium

Building B Main Hall

The Building B Main Hall offers 2,108 sq. ft. of flexible space, ideal for mid-size events, meetings, and gatherings. It can accommodate up to 140 guests seated or 301 standing, with affordable hourly rates and special pricing for nonprofits. Available for daytime, evening, and weekend use, this space is a great option for organizations looking for a versatile and cost-effective venue.

Schubert Room 200

A comfortable and versatile 448 sq. ft. space, Schubert Room 200 is perfect for small meetings, trainings, and breakout sessions. It accommodates up to 30 guests seated or 64 standing, with budget-friendly rates and nonprofit pricing available. The room includes a mounted TV, with a DVD player available upon request.

Schubert Room 204

Schubert Room 204 offers flexible configurations to fit your needs, whether you’re hosting a small meeting or a larger session. The full room spans 572 sq. ft. and can accommodate up to 38 guests seated or 82 standing, while it can also be divided into two smaller rooms (204A and 204B), each ideal for more intimate gatherings of up to 19 seated.

With affordable hourly rates, nonprofit pricing, and a mounted TV (DVD player available upon request), this space is perfect for trainings, workshops, and breakout sessions.

Schubert Room 206 is a cozy 336 sq. ft. space, ideal for small meetings, team sessions, or breakout discussions. It accommodates up to 22 guests seated or 48 standing and offers affordable hourly rates with nonprofit pricing available. The room includes a mounted TV, with a DVD player available upon request. Additional space in adjacent conference and seating areas can be arranged for an extra fee, providing added flexibility for your event.

Schubert Room 208

Schubert Room 208 is a bright and flexible 360 sq. ft. space, perfect for small meetings, trainings, or breakout sessions. It can accommodate up to 24 guests seated or 51 standing and offers affordable hourly rates with nonprofit pricing available. The room features a mounted TV, with a DVD player available upon request, making it easy to host presentations or hybrid discussions.

The Residences Community Room

This expansive 3,000 sq. ft. space is perfect for large events, community gatherings, and special programs. It accommodates up to 201 guests seated, 187 with tables, or 432 standing, offering flexibility for a variety of setups. The room includes a projector and sound system, with access to a patio and an optional (unconnected) kitchen. Affordable hourly rates with nonprofit pricing are available. Please note, quiet hours apply with no rentals after 9:00 PM.
